We are looking for a Full Stack Developer, with a strong emphasis on backend development, to join our journey of building a platform that is super slick, innovative, and usable at the same time.

Responsibilities:

• Design, Implement, and Operate Complex Systems: Develop and manage highly scalable systems capable of handling high volumes of data. This involves the full development lifecycle, from initial design through to production deployment.
• Support Surrounding Teams: Collaborate with other teams to ensure the systems meet the needs of the entire organization.
• Part of a Strong Development Team: Work as a member of a skilled development team, contributing to the team’s success. Perform code reviews, evaluate implementations, and provide feedback to other team members.
• End-to-End Responsibility: Take full ownership of projects, from design and implementation to production and maintenance.
  
  

• 5+ years as a software developer in a fast-paced R&D environment with the ability to develop features end-to-end, including at least one significant tenure at an established SaaS company.
• Experience in designing, developing, and debugging web-based systems.
• Experience working with a complex codebase.
• Experience in server-side development with Node.js, python, or other high-level languages.
• Experience in client-side development with modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and CSS.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and a startup mentality.
• Proven ability to lead projects, including guiding team members throughout the project - a significant advantage.
• Experience with Clojure/ClojureScript or other functional languages - a significant advantage.
