Lead cutting-edge technology platforms, improve organizational processes and customer experience, and drive cross-company projects with diverse interfaces.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience managing tech-focused projects, with expertise in contact center systems – a must
- Background in software development or system analysis – a strong advantage
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with contact center technologies (IVR, ACD, CRM, telephony platforms, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of service and sales processes in call center environments
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience leading teams, setting priorities, and managing projects using Agile methodologies
- Experience working with external tech vendors
- High technical orientation, system-wide thinking, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure
