📍 Central Israel | Hybrid | Full-time

A global leader in wireless communication products is looking for a hands-on Embedded Software Technical Lead to help shape the architecture and development of our next-generation rider communication systems.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

Define architecture for cutting-edge embedded systems (ARM Cortex-M, RTOS, ultra-low power)
Develop and optimize C/C++ code across Bluetooth Classic, BLE Mesh, and audio/DSP stacks
Set and maintain coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
Lead design reviews, pair programming, and mentoring initiatives
Troubleshoot complex issues and drive root-cause analysis
Collaborate cross-functionally with HW, QA, Mobile, Cloud, and Product teams
Stay ahead of the curve with tech roadmaps, compilers, and wireless stacks

✅ What You Bring:

B.Sc. in Computer Science / Electrical / Computer Engineering from a top university
7+ years of hands-on embedded C/C++ development in commercial products
Proven experience as a technical lead or architect
Strong foundation in RTOS, low-level drivers, DMA, and interrupt handling
In-depth knowledge of Bluetooth Classic / BLE
Excellent debugging skills; comfortable with Git, CI/CD, static analysis
Fluent English and a collaborative, mentoring mindset
