Logistics Operations Representative - Temp/Student position

As a Logistics Operations Representative at Webbing, you will be responsible for overseeing various logistics activities, inventory management, order processing (including exports and shipments), and customer backend setup within a platform developed by Webbing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the customer order process.
• Handling Webbing's inventory.
• Reviewing and approving invoices.
• Import/Export processes, and collaboration with local and global authorities.
• Managing customer setup and any related changes.
  
  

• Immediate availability.
• Availability to work until the end of October.
• Availability to work between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (flexible hours possible)
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent prioritization skills.
