Information Technology Support Specialist

• Provide technical support to clients Remotely and on-site.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Windows OS/Server issues.
• Manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Work with networking infrastructure (wired & wireless).
• Collaborate with a professional team to deliver top-tier service.

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, and Entra.
• Experience with AD, networking, and IT infrastructure.
• Advantage: Familiarity with CCTV, PBX, Wi-Fi and hospitality industry.
• Certifications like MCSA or CCNA – a plus.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
