Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and develop virtual desktop environments (VDI)
- Plan and implement VDI systems in multi-user environments – Citrix CVAD is preferred
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide high-level solutions
- Work with virtualization technologies: Nutanix, VMware, AHV
- Manage Thin Clients, Zero Clients, and configuration tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally and drive infrastructure-related projects
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in system/infrastructure roles
- Strong experience with VDI technologies – Citrix preferred
- Knowledge of app publishing tools: APP-V, XenApp
- Experience in enterprise environments or service providers for large organizations – a must
- Proven technical background and ability to work independently
- Relevant academic background – tech degree preferred
- Full-time position, occasional evening/night work may be required (upgrades, incidents)
