We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Technical Writer to join Production Engineering department. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive instructions for complex products within the defense industry.
- Full-time position
- Location: Beit She'an Valley area (one day per week remote work)
- Reporting to the Process Engineering Team
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed instructions for various assembly processes.
- Create and maintain procedures and work instructions.
- Implement work processes in the Shop Floor Management (MES) system.
- Manage documentation in relevant information systems.
Requirements:
- Practical engineering or degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in writing instructions for multidisciplinary products, including mechanical, electronic, and wiring components.
- Proficiency in CAD software, specifically SolidWorks.
- Experience in implementing processes in manufacturing information systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with BarTender software for creating graphic files for labels is a plus.
- Experience with Visio is a plus.
