Senior Back-End Engineer - Python / GO JB-4359

We are looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer to join our mission and shape the infrastructure to reinvent.

You’ll design and build robust, scalable services that power both our cutting-edge LLM

capabilities and core B2B workflows.

What You’ll Do:

● Design, implement, and maintain backend systems that are fast, scalable, and production-ready.

● Build infrastructure and APIs that support our AI-driven features as well as broader B2B product functionality.

● Take full ownership of backend features—from understanding the product goal to ensuring they work reliably in production.

● Collaborate closely with Product Managers, AI researchers, and Frontend engineers to align on goals and execution.

● Ensure strong system reliability, security, and performance.

● Stay current with modern backend development practices, including AI-assisted coding and tooling.

● 5+ years of backend development experience, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.

● Proficient in Python; Go experience is a plus.

● Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., Firestore).

● Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS is a plus) and CI/CD workflows

● Strong system design skills and ability to reason about trade-offs.

● Experience leading technical design is a big plus.

● Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Cursor or GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development.

● Experience building AI systems (agents, chatbots) - advantage

● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
