Senior Integration Manager

Role Overview

We're looking for a talented Senior Integration Manager to join our growing team!

What you’ll do:

• Lead complex integrations of Grain’s platform with customer systems, from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Work closely with customer technical teams to design and implement API-based solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during onboarding and post-integration phases.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, sales and Analytics teams to ensure smooth delivery and optimal technical design.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and integration guides.
• Be partners’ trusted advisor on all technical matters

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in technical integrations, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment.
• Strong background in engineering / software development - significant advantage.
• Solid understanding of APIs (REST, webhooks, authentication methods, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Customer-facing experience, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advantage: experience in product management or analytics.
• Demonstrates relentless drive to achieve outcomes
• High grit: maintains progress under ambiguity and pressure
