About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical Senior Analyst to join our alternative investment funds team. The role includes analyzing and evaluating real estate transactions, optimizing financial models, preparing forecasts and market reviews, and monitoring the performance of investment portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Build, review, and maintain financial models for new real estate transactions.
• Analyze existing transaction models for re-evaluation and optimization.
• Conduct financial forecasts and periodic market reviews.
• Prepare analytical reports to support business decision-making.
• Monitor and manage the investment portfolio, focusing on financial parameters and real estate assets.
• Collaborate with professional partners in leading real estate companies both locally and internationally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance – mandatory.
• Preference for CPA with experience in an economic department.
• At least 3 years of experience in analysis – mandatory.
• Advanced Excel skills – mandatory.
• High level of English – mandatory.
• Real estate background – significant advantage.
