Talent Acquisition Specialist - Position No. 1424

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team and lead recruitment processes for complex professional positions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Join a collaborative TA team that supports all companies across the IBI group. This is a new position created due to company growth.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, sourcing, conducting interviews, writing evaluations, administering tests, reference checks, and finalizing offers.
• Partner with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment journey – understanding needs, providing professional guidance, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders – candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and vendors.
• Gain exposure to all areas of the group’s operations.
• Full-time position (9 hours/day), with one day of remote work possible after onboarding.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory
• Up to 2 years of recruitment experience, including sourcing (from an agency or in-house) – mandatory
• Experience recruiting for complex/professional roles – mandatory
• Familiarity with the financial industry (e.g., banks, investment houses, insurance companies, credit card companies) – strong advantage
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, high assessment capabilities, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders – mandatory
• Familiarity with Adam HR system – an advantage
