Product Lead

We are looking for a Product Lead who is driven by solving big problems, passionate about delivering exceptional UX, and obsessed with details, big and small.

You will set the vision and strategy for a significant product domain. You'll lead a group of product managers, working closely with company leadership to drive impactful outcomes. This includes boosting customer LTV and satisfaction, as well as enhancing our operational efficiency. This role is critical for shaping our product direction and ensuring our offerings continuously delight users and contribute to scalable growth.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Lead a group of product managers, develop their professional skills, and build their growth plan within the team
• Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Manage the product development process of the group from ideation to launch
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and use insights to inform future product development decisions
• Collaborate with Product leadership within the organization to improve the quality of our products and processes
  
  

• 7+ years of experience working as a product manager, preferably in a startup or a product-led company
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of product managers
• B.S. in Business, Computer Science, or related field;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decisions
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• An execution state of mind, with an eagerness to take on hands-on work and drive the team to deliver faster
• Superior attention to detail (while keeping an eye on the big picture) and an enthusiasm for delighting users
• Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
• Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI – a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
