About the Role

We’re looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our finance team as Assistant Controller.

This is a key role within a growing department, combining financial leadership, operational insight, and collaboration across multiple interfaces — all in a dynamic and stylish work environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

💡 Building and monitoring budgets

📊 Preparing monthly operational reports for management

📘 Drafting quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS

🛠 Performing ongoing financial controls and process improvements

🤝 Working closely with appraisers, legal advisors, and banks

What You Bring

✔ CPA with ~2 years’ experience post-internship

✔ High-level Excel skills

✔ Experience in real estate or multi-asset environments – a plus

✔ Strong team player with a self-starter mindset

✔ Detail-oriented, responsible, and great with people
