Bookkeeper - Tel Aviv

We are Hiring: 2 Bookkeepers | Tel Aviv

Our finance team is expanding! We are currently hiring for two separate

bookkeeping positions at our Tel Aviv office:

1. Bookkeeper – Client Accounts

2. Bookkeeper – Vendor Accounts

�� Location: Tel Aviv, Weizmann Street (near the courthouse)

�� Position Type: Full-time

What You will Do:

Depending on the position, responsibilities include:

Client Accounts Role:

 Manage client billing and collections

 Issue and track invoices

 Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

Vendor Accounts Role:

 Handle supplier invoices and payments

 Track purchase orders and expenses

 Reconcile vendor statements and manage payment schedules

What We’re Looking For:

 Certified bookkeeper – Level 2 or above

 At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

 Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Priority, SAP, or similar)

 Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

 Fluent in Hebrew; English proficiency is an advantage
