We seek an ambitious Senior Full-Stack to join our R&D core team. This role is a unique opportunity to shape our platform, significantly impact product direction, and collaborate closely with product management and design to deliver exciting features.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and maintain end-to-end features across our platform
• Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions
• Integrate third-party AI/LLM services and APIs to power advanced automation and intelligent workflows
• Contribute ideas and help shape our product roadmap through collaboration and data-driven decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience architecting, deploying, and maintaining scalable full-stack systems.
• Experience with React, Node (TypeScript), and PostgreSQL.
• Proactive, independent, and results-driven with strong communication skills.
• Experience working in an agile startup environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Hands-on experience with Python frameworks (e.g. FastAPI) or NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable).
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent .
