Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Controller, based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Controller will oversee all financial activities, including reporting, budgeting, liquidity management, and compliance. In addition to managing and monitoring accounting processes, preparing financial statements, and ensuring that all financial operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, the role will also involve managing liquidity, working with FX markets, overseeing payment flows, and liaising with the schemes. The Controller will further be responsible for financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making

Qualifications

• Experience in financial reporting, payments, and compliance
• Experience in monitoring company's liquidity position, and banking adjustments
• Experience in tracking payment flows with banking and processing partners
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements, financial planning and analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Ability to work on-site in Tel Aviv District, Israel
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the fintech industry and with the Schemes is a plus
