Branded OTC & Consumer Health- Product Manager

Padagis Shoham is looking for a Product Manager in the Branded OTC & Consumer Products category

The OTC & Dermocosmetics Marketing Department at Padagis is engaged in developing and marketing a variety of leading brands for both consumers and healthcare professionals.

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team – someone who loves, lives, and breathes marketing, has excellent interpersonal skills, proven experience in digital marketing and branding, an ability to manage multiple brands and products simultaneously, and a strong drive for achievement and success!

Responsibilities include:  Managing products from strategy to execution, including defining the optimal marketing mix, conducting market research, managing marketing budgets, and pricing. Working with advertising and PR agencies, our medical sales teams, and the organization’s logistics operations.

Full-time position, including company car

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Economics, or Business Administration – required.
• MBA with specialization in marketing – advantage.
•  At least 3 years of proven experience in managing OTC brands, dietary supplements, or consumer products in the health sector – from strategy to full execution.
•  Proficiency in advertising across all channels, with in-depth knowledge of marketing and advertising on various media platforms, as well as to professional audiences of physicians and pharmacists.
• Experience in preparing and developing professional materials and marketing plans for the professional audience, including collaboration with medical sales teams.
• Familiarity and understanding of pharmacy retail points-of-sale, including working with visual merchandising suppliers, and planning displays and promotions.
• Excellent ability to work with multiple interfaces in a matrix organization.
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• High analytical abilities.
