We're Hiring: AI Business Innovation Lead!

We’re excited to launch a unique opportunity for an experienced AI Business Innovation Lead to join a leading organization and drive AI adoption across core financial operations — including investments, pensions, provident funds, and capital markets.

About the Role:

This is a strategic, cross-functional role focused on identifying and implementing AI use cases that create real business value. You’ll lead enterprise AI initiatives, collaborate with business and tech teams, and shape how the organization embraces AI innovation.

• Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead a company-wide AI strategy and roadmap
• Identify high-impact AI use cases across investment and financial domains
• Translate business needs into AI solutions, working closely with IT and business units
• Track AI trends and emerging technologies in the financial sector
• Drive internal innovation culture (workshops, training, ambassador programs)
• Requirements:3+ years of experience in digital transformation, product leadership, or innovation in a financial organization
• Strong familiarity with AI/ML technologies and applications
• Deep understanding of financial operations: investments, pensions, capital markets
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (business + tech)
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present business value & ROI
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Bachelor's in Business / Information Systems (Master’s is a plus)
