Lead a small Lender/Integrations team delivering scalable services and partner APIs in a microservices environment.
What you’ll do
- Manage 3 reports (2 Developers + 1 QA); hands-on 35% client / 65% server.
- Own design, delivery, and maintenance of partner integrations.
- Collaborate with Product, R&D, and global stakeholders.
Must-haves
- 5+ years software development with strong backend focus.
- 2+ years as Team Lead / Tech Lead.
- C# .NET Core and microservices expertise.
- MongoDB and cloud-native on GCP (or equivalent).
- React or Angular (mandatory).
- System design, API integrations, and external partner communication.
- English—strong written & verbal; global team experience.

- Hybrid: 30–50% work from home.
