• Backend Engineering Mastery: 5+ years orchestrating enterprise-grade systems in Java or Python, designing resilient service architectures that elegantly handle complex data flows and computational challenges.
• Sophisticated Frontend Implementation: Proven ability to craft elegant user experiences with React Native/JavaScript ecosystems, balancing technical sophistication with intuitive interfaces.
• Data Intelligence Expertise: Experience building systems that transform raw data into actionable intelligence through smart architecture decisions and performance-optimized implementation.
• Technical Leadership: Record of elevating engineering practices through either direct team leadership of developers or by spearheading mission-critical initiatives that demonstrate your architectural vision.
• Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated capability implementing Generative AI solutions and/or architecting complex CRM systems at scale with a focus on business value creation.
