Back End Developer

The company specializes in developing Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solutions, integrating employee experience with IT operations into a unified platform for managing the modern workplace.

The Platform Infrastructure team is part of a rapidly growing SaaS organization.

The role involves contributing throughout the product lifecycle from planning to production deployment collaborating closely with product managers to define new features and improve existing ones.

The position requires cross-organizational collaboration with developers, cybersecurity, DevOps, and other teams.

The company’s offices are located in Rishon LeZion near the train station and operate under a hybrid work model, including two remote workdays per week.

Requirements-

• 5 Years development experience in Node.JS, Java and Python
• Proven experience with designing, developing, testing, and deploying high scale, cloud base solutions
• Experience with monitoring production environments
• Experience with debugging and troubleshooting production issues
• Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and design patterns
• Passionate for continuously improving your skills and learning new technologies
• Experience using and working with AI tools in an AI environment - an advantage
• Experience with Postgres and Redis - an advantage
• Experience building full-stack applications using React - an advantage
• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
