Process Engineer

We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents and children. As we continue to grow, we seek a Process Engineer specializing in processes and quality to join our Manufacturing team in Herzliya.

Responsibilities:

• Manage manufacturing and quality processes throughout the production cycle.
• Develop testing processes and solutions for production process validation.
• Develop and improve processes to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Identify production issues and create solutions for these challenges.
• Strong mechanical orientation – ability to understand and address technical issues.
• Collaborate with R&D teams, quality teams, and other departments.
• Manage projects related to manufacturing processes and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to build Gantt charts and develop project timelines.
• Proven experience in managing manufacturing and quality processes –an advantage.
• High-level English proficiency – Required
• Experience with technological design software (SolidWorks) – an advantage.
• Experience with procedure automation software (Power Automate, Power Apps - advantage)
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience working with technical teams and process improvement.
• Willingness to travel abroad
