Data Scientist

We are looking for an experienced Analyst in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Data, to lead data-driven processes and advanced technology, with the goal of improving processes and driving real innovation in the world of general insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of advanced models based on Machine Learning and AI for:
• In-depth analysis of diverse data: sales, claims, premiums, production, risk management, profitability, and more
• Building simulations for pricing tariffs and insurance terms
• Developing smart solutions for business processes across the company's departments
• Creating dashboards and reports for company management for monitoring, control, and decision-making
• Ongoing monitoring of model performance, validations, and optimization of results

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)
• Experience working with Python, SQL, and the ability to work with large datasets
• Experience in developing or implementing ML and AI models
• Relevant Bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical thinking along with business understanding
• Previous experience in an insurance company – significant advantage
