The company develops solutions in the field of Digital Employee Experience (DEX), integrating employee experience with IT operations into a unified platform for managing the modern workplace.
This role leads all dashboard design projects within the company, significantly impacting the transformation of data into smart, visually presented business insights.
Collaboration is key, working closely with business unit managers and analysts from the FP&A team to build dashboards that support strategic decision-making.
The position is based in Rishon LeZion and follows a hybrid work model with two days remote per week.
Qualifications-
6+ Years of hands-on experience building and designing dashboards and reports
4+ Years of hands-on experience in Power BI
Proven strong data visualization skills – you know how to make data talk
Deep knowledge of Big Query and Power BI Service (Gateways, Workspaces, etc.)
Comfortable working with large datasets and optimizing performance
Analytical thinker with great attention to detail
