Network Security Support Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers worldwide to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Deploy innovative software and hardware in beta versions at customer sites, ensuring a smooth user experience before official launch
• Work closely with development teams, QA engineers, and management at various levels
• Conduct thorough testing, troubleshoot issues, and document beta deployments in simulated customer environments and on-site
• Provide effective technical support to customers participating in beta testing programs

Requirements:

• Proven 3–5 years of experience in networking
• Deep knowledge of network protocols, including strong understanding of TCP/IP and common protocols such as DNS, HTTP(S), SMTP, FTP, and VOIP
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills when interacting with clients
• Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 20% of the time for on-site client activities
