Development Team Lead

A leading and well-established technology company specializing in the development of cybersecurity solutions, advanced intelligent recognition systems, and electronic signatures.

The position is office-based in Tel Aviv.

Role Description-

The role includes managing a team of approximately five developers, with 60–70% hands-on development. The tech stack includes C# .NET, Angular, and React.

Requirements-

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in C# .NET development.
• Proficiency in Angular or React frameworks for building modern web applications.
• Strong knowledge of MSSQL database design and development.
• Experience with .NET Core for building scalable and high-performance applications.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and workload.
