Job Title: Persian Language Specialist– AI/LLM Training

Location: Remote (should be currently residing in Israel)

Your contributions will help ensure these systems understand and generate human language with accuracy, nuance, and cultural sensitivity—making them more intelligent, inclusive, and useful for users across the globe.

Key responsibilities:

Creating training data sets for AI models that will help improve its accuracy, fluency, coherence and/or voice modulation

Annotating data to help AI models align with human values

Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to refine and iterate on the AI models.

Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes.

Navigating a dynamic environment and adapting to shifting guidelines and flexible priorities.

Achieve target KPIs, including daily job count, average handle time per job, and specified production hours.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, Translation Studies, or a relatedfield.

Native or near-native proficiency in one or more of the following languages:

Persian.

C1 level or above proficiency in English (CEFR scale) – mandatory.

Strong analytical and writing skills, with excellent attention to linguistic and grammatical detail, syntax, and semantics.

Prior experience in content writing, language teaching, translation, localization, or linguistic annotation is preferred.
