Technical Product Manager – Platform & Tools

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our growing Platform team. This is a unique opportunity to define and deliver the tools and systems that serve as the infrastructure behind all of our games.

You’ll be the first dedicated product lead on the team, reporting directly to the team lead and working with two dedicated developers (part of the R&D team). Your mission: work closely with stakeholders across the company — especially our Monetization team — to identify high-impact needs, and turn them into robust, scalable solutions that reduce manual work and increase iteration speed.

You’ll own product delivery end-to-end: from discovery and specs to launch and rollout.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full product lifecycle for platform tools and systems — from ideation to release
• Translate business needs into actionable product specifications for developers
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders in Monetization, Product, Data, Game Ops, and R&D
• Prioritize requests based on business impact, scalability, and development effort
• Define and deliver internal tools that streamline operations and reduce repetitive tasks
• Own QA, documentation, rollout, and onboarding for new tools and features
• Collect feedback and iterate on tools to improve usability and effectiveness

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile gaming, tools, or platform-focused roles
• Proven experience building internal tools, especially configuration tools or campaign management platforms
• Comfortable working with engineers and translating complex requirements into structured specs
• Smart, fast thinker who thrives on creative problem-solving
• Highly collaborative and willing to challenge and be challenged
• Not afraid of hands-on, fast-paced, startup-like environments

Preferred:

• Experience building tooling for LiveOps, Monetization, or Game Ops teams
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms, player segmentation, or personalization tools
• Background in economy modeling or player lifecycle analysis
