Director of Single Family Department

Are you ready to manage a department and grow with a fast-moving Kitchen design company?

We’re hiring a Manager of Single-Family Kitchen Projects to join our team on-site in Lakewood, NJ.

This is a full-time role for someone with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience managing and selling kitchen or interior design services — someone who understands what it takes to move a client from first conversation to final installation, smoothly and professionally.

As the leader of our single-family projects division, you’ll be:

• Managing the sales pipeline and client communications
• Overseeing all paperwork and ordering processes
• Supporting our in-house designers and coordinating timelines
• Leading a growing team to deliver seamless, beautiful results

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Entrepreneurial and driven to grow something meaningful
• Experienced in B2C sales environments
• Comfortable coordinating with multiple teams and vendors
• Religiously observant and understands how to serve our local client base
• Ready to take real responsibility and lead from the front

This is not a junior role or a stepping stone but a chance to use your experience within the kitchens and interior design sector and apply it to lead, build, and scale a successful department within a thriving company.
