💡 What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and operate internal communication channels across the institution
- Initiate, write, and edit engaging content for digital platforms (mainly the internal portal)
- Create and execute effective internal communication initiatives tailored to organizational needs
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders within the organization
✅ What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree – required
- Previous experience in internal communications, marketing, or content writing
- Digital orientation and experience with content management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creativity, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset
