Lead the Future of Mechanical Engineering!

We’re looking for an experienced Rotating Equipment & Heat Exchanger Engineering Manager to lead a team of ~25 engineers, driving the design and development of turbines, pumps, pressure vessels, and advanced geothermal technologies.

In this key leadership role, you will:

• Manage complex mechanical design projects from concept to site support
• Lead R&D for innovative rotating systems and high-efficiency turbines
• Collaborate across global teams and deliver engineering excellence
• Ensure quality, cost, and performance targets are met

What do you have to bring with you:

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years in mechanical design & 3+ years in engineering team management
• Strong English & Hebrew communication skills
• Experience in a global organization – a plus
