This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sderot. The role involves managing production processes, ensuring product quality, and coordinating with different departments such as logistics, quality control, and supply chain. Daily tasks also include monitoring production efficiency, implementing safety standards, and optimizing workflow. The candidate will work closely with the team to meet production targets and maintain the high standards of Osem-Nestlé's products.

• Experience in Production Management, Process Optimization, and Safety Standards
• Skills in Quality Control, Supply Chain Management, and Logistics Coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in the food industry is a plus
