We are seeking a dedicated Moodle Implementation Specialist to lead our learning management platform and enhance the digital education experience for our academic community.

🎯 What You'll Do:

Platform Management & Technical Operations:

• Manage & maintain the Moodle learning management system platform
• Configure & customize the system to meet academic requirements
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in collaboration with relevant teams
• Manage version updates, extensions, system settings, and user permissions
• Monitor information security and maintain user privacy compliance

User Support & Training:

• Provide ongoing support to faculty and students through help desk systems
• Conduct training sessions on effective system usage
• Create instructional videos and conduct workshops
• Understand user needs and deliver tailored solutions

Collaboration & Integration:

• Work closely with IT and Science Teaching Department teams
• Drive projects forward and provide ongoing user services
• Integrate with additional organizational systems

✅ Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education/Learning Technologies/Computer Science/Information Systems/Business Administration with Technology focus - MANDATORY
• 2+ years practical experience implementing technologies in diverse learning environments and LMS configuration - MANDATORY
• Proven experience with Moodle system (installation, management, implementation) - MANDATORY
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Native-level fluency in Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical skills, independent learning ability, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent service orientation and interpersonal communication skills

🌟 Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Learning Technologies
• Experience creating digital educational resources (presentations, videos, e-learning modules, educational apps, video editing, Storyline)
• AI tools experience
• Design tools proficiency (Photoshop, Canva, Genially, Awesome Screenshot, etc.)
• Basic programming knowledge and relevant technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python
