Role Description

We’re developing a digital product in the finance and capital markets space and are looking for a freelance Product Lead to own the product definition from concept to delivery.

You’ll lead the product discovery and design process - from understanding the market landscape to defining a clear content and feature strategy.

Responsibilities

• Research market trends and industry landscape
• Analyze competitors and identify opportunities
• Define target audiences and build user personas
• Gather inspiration and identify relevant product trends
• Create a clear content and feature plan
• Translate strategy into user flows, wireframes, and specifications
• Collaborate with our team to align product direction and execution

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product experience
• Strong research, analysis, and UX skills
• Experience in fintech or finance-related products – a plus
• Proven ability to turn complex requirements into intuitive experiences
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Portfolio or relevant work examples required
