Release Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate production release activities across infrastructure and development teams.
• Ensure detailed and accurate approval flows across multiple stakeholders and systems.
• Work closely with DevOps, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and System Engineering teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Plan, implement, and maintain structured release processes in accordance with ITSM and Change Management best practices.
• Track and manage production incidents, lead root cause analysis sessions, and implement improvement actions to enhance system availability.
• Translate release and incident data into business insights and communicate potential risks and impacts to relevant stakeholders.

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a Release Manager within an enterprise environment.
• Extensive knowledge and practical experience with Change Management practices.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or BMC – including configuration and workflow management.
• In-depth understanding of complex technological systems and infrastructures.
• Experience in defining and implementing methodologies and tools for release and incident management.
• Proven ability to analyze, document, and lead the resolution of production incidents.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment with development, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networking, cybersecurity).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working in Agile, CI/CD, or DevOps environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
