Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior PMO (Project Management Officer) to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex cross-functional projects across the company. This includes R&D, production scale-up, operations, commercialization, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring experience, structure, and strategic thinking to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage company-wide project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Build and monitor detailed project plans, budgets, KPIs, timelines, and milestones.
• Implement and standardize project management processes, tools, and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (R&D, Ops, Finance, etc.) and external partners.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies and resource allocation.
• Prepare and present updates to the executive team.
• Support the preparation of reports for investors, grant programs, and strategic collaborations.
• Maintain clarity and transparency across all project communication channels.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in PMO/project management roles within a tech, biotech, chemicals, materials or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Jira, MS Project, Click-up).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

·      High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation.

• Fluent English;
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field. PMP certification – an advantage.
