A startup in the advertising sector has developed an innovative B2B SaaS product that has also received grants and funding from major U.S. universities.

The company’s testing platform is designed to measure the true effectiveness of advertising budgets. It provides marketers with recommended testing controls and actionable insights, enabling advertisers to measure the real cumulative value of all activities impacting their marketing KPIs through advanced AI tools.

The company is based in central Israel near a train line, employs around 20 people, and operates a hybrid model with two days of remote work per week (three fixed days in the office). It is well-funded, has paying customers, and recently received a grant from the Israel Innovation Authority.

The role-

Part of a team with responsibility for delivering insights from data.
High individual impact at the current stage of the company’s growth.
Tailored stock option package offered.
Focus on time series data analysis using ARIMA, Causality, Causal Inference, Prediction Models, Bayesian Methods, and Prophet.
Development of mathematical and statistical algorithms from research to production, primarily using classical methods.
Coding in Python, R, and Scala within a Big Data environment using Spark.
Potential career growth into management for candidates seeking a leadership path.

Requirements-

5 years of experience in Data Science roles – required.
Experience with time series – required.
Background in SaaS or Big Data companies – strong advantage.
Master’s degree or higher – flexible regarding the institution, with preference for Statistics, Physics, or Mathematics
