Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Or Yehuda for a Real Estate Assistant Controller. The Assistant Controller will be responsible for supporting the financial management and control functions of the real estate division. Daily tasks include financial reporting (IFRS), budget preparation, assisting with audits, and maintaining financial records. The role also entails collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance, prefered from known univercity
• CPA (Internship at a Big4 firm, Real-Estate segment)
• Previous experience in real estate finance is a plus
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent Organization Skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment
