Junior Amazon Brand Manager
Enso Brands specializes in providing full-service Amazon management for brands on the Amazon platform. We offer comprehensive solutions to help brands optimize their presence, increase sales, and enhance customer experience on Amazon.
As a Junior Amazon Brand Manager at Enso Brands, you will play a pivotal role in managing our clients' Amazon accounts and leading a team responsible for executing daily operations. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and expectations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
2. Team Leadership: Lead a team of Amazon specialists such as account managers, PPC specialists, Designers, and content creators. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed.
3. Amazon Account Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to optimize clients' Amazon accounts, including product listings, pricing strategies, inventory and catalog management, advertising campaigns, and brand positioning.
4. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, sales trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback while utilizing in-house and 3rd party management and reporting tools to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimization efforts.
5. Amazon Policy Compliance: Stay updated with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices, ensuring that clients' accounts are fully compliant and proactively addressing any issues or risks.
6. Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients, showcasing the impact of our services and outlining future strategies and action plans.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience (4 years minimum) in Amazon account management, preferably in an agency or large DTC brand.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
3. Deep understanding of Amazon's platform, algorithms, advertising options, and seller central operations.
4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, and data analysis tools. Experience with third-party Amazon management tools is a plus.
