HR Systems Implementation Specialist

Hybrid role | Located in the Central District

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Implementation Specialist with 3+ years of proven experience implementing and configuring cloud-based HR platforms such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or HiBob.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and customization of HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and optimize workflows.
• Configure modules such as Core HR, Onboarding, Performance, Time & Attendance, as well as specialized models including Performance, CORE, and LBS.
• Ensure system integration with payroll and other enterprise tools.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with at least one major cloud-based HR platform.
• Proven expertise working with Performance, CORE, and LBS models within HR systems implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience with system integrations, data migration, and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
