Lab Manager

For a global technology company, we are seeking a Lab Manager

Responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of a technical lab, including logistics, shipping, infrastructure, and cross-team support within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall management of the lab – organization, safety, ongoing maintenance
• Responsible for shipping equipment from the lab abroad, including tracking and verifying the location of equipment
• Managing interfaces with electricians, warehouse staff, logistics personnel, and other service providers
• Handling lab infrastructure: electricity, compressed air, water, and more
• Providing technical and operational support to company teams
• Performing basic soldering work

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role: lab management / logistics management / technical warehouse management – required
• Experience in soldering work – required
• High-level English (reading and writing) – required
• Experience in technical international shipping – significant advantage
• Ability to work independently, well-organized, with a strong technical orientation
