Chief Executive Officer - Medical Equipment Industry

An international company in the medical equipment industry is seeking a CEO to lead its operations in Israel.

Job Description:

The position includes full responsibility for the company’s Israeli operations, including the manufacturing plant, sales and marketing divisions, business development, and the supply chain.

The CEO will be responsible for leading the overall strategy and execution across business units, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CEO, Division Manager, or VP of Sales & Marketing – preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Senior executive management experience in a manufacturing company – required.
• Relevant background in medical devices, implants, nutritional supplements, or food-related industries.
• Experience managing commercial operations with annual revenue of at least 100 million ILS.
• Operational management experience – an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in general management, including leadership of sales and business development, as well as operational teams.

The company headquarters is located in the Ashkelon area.
