BI Developer

Eitan Medical is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care- from the hospital to the home. We are seeking a BI Developer who is hands-on, analytical, and detail-oriented. You’ll work across the data lifecycle, from pipeline design to dashboard delivery — to support decision-making across the business.

Job Description

In this role, you’ll design and maintain BI solutions that support business reporting and insights. You will build robust ETL pipelines, create data models and deliver insightful dashboards with Power BI.

This position requires someone who is both a strong team player and an independent problem-solver, proactive, and eager to continuously grow.

Job Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory to support BI reporting.

· Design and implement data models: staging layers, fact and dimension tables, MRR tables.

· Build and optimize Power BI dashboards and analytical reports.

· Implement data monitoring and alerting to proactively identify and resolve issues (e.g., failed refreshes).

· Work closely with business users to gather requirements and deliver accurate, timely insights.

· Ensure data accuracy, availability, and performance across the BI environment.

· Contribute to BI best practices and documentation.

· 2–4 years of experience in BI development or data engineering roles.

· Proven experience in building ETL pipelines and managing data warehouse environments.

· Strong SQL skills, including writing complex and optimized queries.

· Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and Power BI.

· Experience designing and implementing dimensional data models (fact/dim tables).

· Advantage: Experience with Python for data-related scripting or automation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent – advantage.

Language skills

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
