Matrix is hiring an IT Project Manager – Financial Systems
Role Overview:
Managing financial technology projects, leading work plans, coordinating cross-organizational teams, and ensuring the implementation and upgrades of financial systems within required timelines.
The role combines technological understanding with business vision, with an emphasis on processes and systems in the financial sector.
Reporting to the Global PM Team Leader.
Hybrid position based in southern Israel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or another relevant field
- 3–5 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in financial systems
- Experience/familiarity with ERP systems (SAP), financial reporting tools, and compliance systems
- Experience working in global or matrix organizations – an advantage
- Project management certification (CAPM, PMP, Agile, Scrum) – an advantage
- Excellent time management, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High-level of English
