Salesforce CPQ Specialist

Are you a Salesforce Admin or Business Analyst with a passion for streamlining sales processes? We're seeking a Salesforce CPQ Operations Specialist to join our team. This flexible, mostly remote position offers the opportunity to support a fast-growing company with its Salesforce Sales Cloud and Zuora CPQ systems.

Job Description

· Manage and optimize a large-scale Zuora CPQ environment

· Configure and customize Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions to meet complex business requirements

· Build and maintain automated flows

· Design and implement custom objects, fields, and data structures

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

· Provide ongoing system maintenance and user support

Qualifications

• Experience in Salesforce CPQ configuration, customization, and maintenance (Zuora an advantage)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and integrations
• Proven ability to analyze business requirements and design technical solutions
• Excellent communication, training, and support skills
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of business processes and optimization techniques
• Fluent English
