Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Inspire: Coordinate impactful training materials and deliver engaging sessions for the entire Cosmetics Division.
• Strategic Planning: Design, approve, and execute the annual training plan, aligned with the brand’s vision and goals.
• On-the-Ground Excellence: Conduct field visits with sales managers, providing valuable feedback and detailed visit reports.
• Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless implementation of training programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – required.
• Previous experience in training – required.
• High level of English, including speaking, reading, and writing – required.
• Experience in the cosmetics/beauty field – significant advantage.
