Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an STT (Speech-to-Text) & TTS (Text-to-Speech) Specialist, located in Rishon LeZion, with work from home. The specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining state-of-the-art STT and TTS systems. Daily tasks include model training, optimization, data handling, performance evaluation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance voice technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech system development

Ability to build fully On-Prem solutions tailored to client security, performance, and privacy needs.

• Experience with machine learning models, particularly in NLP and LLM
• Skills in data handling, model training, and performance optimization
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet project goals
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and relevant ML frameworks
• Experience in AI and voice technology is a plus
