DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance.
We're looking for a skilled and driven Team Leader to manage our ATE system and integration engineers.
This role involves leading development of radar card-level testers, tools for our production line and anechoic chambers support, while working closely with radar system engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of ATE system and integration engineers
- Develop ATE and calibration tools for radar systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality ATE solutions to support production needs
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – Advantage
- Proven experience managing a team of 3 or more engineers for at least 5 years
- Strong technical problem-solving and integration skills
- Hands-on experience in leading multidisciplinary projects
- Practical experience working with RF test equipment and ATE systems
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
