Head of Legal Compliance

A company based in Tel Aviv, is looking for a Head of Compliance and Legal

You will be responsible for all the projects life cycle and compliance aspect to ensure the compliance is met in all aspects.

The role responsibilities:

· Managing the day to day of the compliance and legal aspects.

· Monitoring industry developments

· Conducting ongoing risk assessments of the Company processes

· Implementing various policies and procedures

· Challenging existing practices and procedures

· Liaising with other companies, service providers, test laboratories, external legal advisors, local government and, regulatory authorities

· Preparing regular and ad hoc reports with respect to regulatory requirements and developments.

· Drafting responses to queries and investigations conducted by various bodies.

Requirements:

· Experience in writing business/,legal and regulation documentation

· An individual who has experience in dealing with compliance matters within a regulated environment

· Fluency in English is a must
