About The Role

As a B2B Operation Representative at Remitly, you will Manage and accompany the operation process.

Responsibilities

• Joining the field team for activities
• Achieving monthly operation targets - convert cardholders to money remittances.
• Making calls to existing customers to maximize potential
• Interact with customers & coordinate meetings
• Multitask between different communication channels
• Provide answers by identifying problems, researching, and guiding the customer through the correct steps
• Improve customer experience, encourage organic growth & creating engagement
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi & English – Mandatory.
• Excellent communication between customer & department
• Flexibility in working hours is required.
• Proficient in all MS Office products
• Experience in the Payments and Banking industry - Advantage
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact
• Proven track record in outbound converting calls
• This is a temporary position - maternity leave for 9 months.
